Bad buying experience from letsbuy

I bought a Maharaja White line hand blender from letsbuy.com. After I recieve the product I found out that it was not working and on contacted letsbuy Maharaja people visited and made some correction and told that it will work fine. Then after 1-2 days the product didn't work and I called up again to get it replaced. I requested to replace the product and letsbuy team gave me assurance that it will be replaced as I had the fear of getting the same product again. They provided me the product and told my mother at hime that it's a brand new product whereas it was a repaired one. So after spending money I have been provided with a faulty product and was furnished with wrong information that it was brand new one. It's pur cheating and maharaja White line people have cheated on me by selling me a faulty product. But this is how customers are treated in India. Wish I had the time to go to consumer court to make these people realize their act.

parnavsuvarna this is the name I bidded for the 64 Gb pen drive, after recept it waas found that it is only 512MB and sticker is pasted for 64Gb, when contected the seller his response was still chilling he said I am going to sleep dont disturb me , and after that he never attained the call.Other bitter experiance was with Mr Anubhave who sold me 128GB pen drive and asked me to pay in icici account of Mrs swata Dutta account no 092801501185 and this is the only mode of payment we accept,I paid and did not get the Money as well as item .These type of parasites should be kicked out of ebay and to be put behind the bars.These termites are very dangerous for ebay.

Hi,
This is about an unfortunate experience with Lestbuy.com, I placed an order online for Blackberry playbook. At the time of placing the order website showed a number of playbook's available (i ordered one) and I chose letsbuy over flipkart to order the product (my biggest mistake) now at the time of delivery I am being informed that there is no stock of the playbook and can be replaced with one of the samsung tab tablet (which i am not interested in) or refund the money. I have lost the opportunity of placing the order elsewhere, since there is no stock available. This has been embarrassing moment for me to believe letsbuy.com, I should have not been allowed to place an order if there was no stock or inform me the very next day about the limitations so that i could place an order elsewhere.
