BUYER GAVE NEGATIVE AFTER NOT PAYING FOR PURCHASES

Dear ebay team,

My buyer left me negative feedback after not paying for their order.
I filed my final value fee back AFTER 1 MONTH but still she left me negative feedback.

PLEASE HELP EBAY TEAM I THOUGHT NOW SELLERS WERE SAFE ON EBAY BUT NOW I SEE THAT WE ARE ACTUALLY NOT SAFE WHEN NON PAYING AND TROUBLING BUYERS COME.

yes i opened upi and also gave buyer strikes wrote ebay my complaint and they responded back to me

you have to complain for feedback removal on base of unpaid item and malicious intent (for ex. client purchase from you only to leave negs and he might be competitor)not on base of feedback abuse.

Buyer has no right to leave feedback when he has not paid for the item and everyone agrees with this point and this point proves everything - then why ebay is silent ???

Just tell me how a nonpayer evaluates a seller?
It looks like the buyer does not understand english language.Some englishmen are very poor in english.
But that is very common.
