Dear ebay team,

My buyer left me negative feedback after not paying for their order.
I filed my final value fee back AFTER 1 MONTH but still she left me negative feedback.

PLEASE HELP EBAY TEAM I THOUGHT NOW SELLERS WERE SAFE ON EBAY BUT NOW I SEE THAT WE ARE ACTUALLY NOT SAFE WHEN NON PAYING AND TROUBLING BUYERS COME.

It is really surprising that one buyer is playing with eBay and eBay is keeping quiet. Otherwise how one non paying buyer gives 17 negative feedbacks without paying any of these. Till now eBay pinks are not responding. How can one non paying buyer after getting 17 unpaid strikes (I hope sellers whor are getting negatives are also responding with unpaid strikes) still not getting suspended and making mockery of eBay here.

Ebay should suspend this type of non - paying buyers .. I wonder why they still survive ??

Ebay is promoting nonpaying buyers.I have reduced my listings from 700 to 300.I shall reduce further.No dignity left.Very painful.

i sent two emails to my account manager regarding this issue
first mail on : 21/2 1:45 am when the buyer gave second negative
second mail on : 21/2 again at 10:06 pm night time when i informed them about 21 more negatives to other ebay sellers.

i wrote 5 complaints to ebay using help
