BUYER GAVE ME A NEGATIVE FEED BACK WITH OUT CONSULTING SELLER

I have sold a Item to Mr Madhukagowda and provided the warranty card,Pouch along with the item.on 29-08-2011 he gave a negative feedback with out consulting me.I don't know what the problem with this customer.I request ebay to kindly remove the same.Thank you
