I bought a Blackberry Torch with supposedly 18 months warranty from the cheat Astelcorp on E-Bay in January for my boss and as you know very well that when we receive the item then he tells us to give a positive feedback and then he will send the warranty and card reader, but I did not receive any of it and the biggest joke is that I was not even sent the bill of the phone so now if something happens with the phone I will not be able to tell my boss that I dont have the bill. I had sent astelcorp many mails and in the beginning he kept replying that the bill and warranty and card reader would be sent but now that the 90 days or what ever time is there for the buyer protection has passed so he is not replying to my mails and the sad part is that even E-Bay the "reputable and respected" website is not willing to do anything about it.. I want to know is there any legal way we can teach him a lesson I am willing to spend more money just to teach him a lesson
