Dear Sir,
I have put in a claim for Item Number 280616338018 bout 2 weeks ago after which i have written to ebay customer support a few times however i not received any response. I have even called the customer support and i was promised to received a call from a executive soon but till today i have not received any calls from them. When i had called they gave a stupid excuse that they have been trying to contact me but have not been able to do so as mu number is not reachable , i am a Asst Sales Manager at ITC Maratha Mumbai and i am available on my mobile 24/7 so i do not understand when or who your customer support team have been calling. I have been using ebay for lots of my purchases in the UK however i am appalled by the service i am currently receiving from ebay India.All i want is my money back for my product.
