Assured surprise gift by ebay but not received ever

I had got a phone call(02266041200) from ebay on 27th march 2009 stating that i am one of the top buyers on ebay & will soon receive a surprise gift from ebay within 10 days at my registered address.The customer representative verified my all details like user id,date of birth,address,email & contact no. but now around 27 days have passed & no signs of any gift & any kind of information regarding that gift??????

i have contacted customer care through emails,live chat & phone many times but all of them gives same automated computerised reply again & again........

neither they contacted me again yet about its status...so kindly tell me abt its status...when they will send my gift & when they will contact me regarding that????will they provide me all its shipping details after dispatching my gift????they have also already verified my shipping address as well as phone number.


WHEN IT IS CLEARLY MENTIONED IN THIS EMAIL THAT GIFT WILL BE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS WITHIN 20-25 DAYS THEN WHY EBAY HAVE NOT DISPATCHED MY GIFT YET...IT REALLY SEEMS FALSE PROMISE & COMMITMENT ON BEHALF OF EBAY...I HAVE SEEN MANY POSTS REGARDING NON DELIVERY OF GIFTS & IT REALLY SEEMS EBAY DONT CARE ABOUT ALL THIS & IS SLEEPING.....JUST BEFOOLING IT'S USERS TROUGH THEIR FAKE OFFERS & CALLS...

Hi preeti....Well yaar it really seems no body cares for us on ebay.....i am sure that you have also not received your ebay birthday contest gift yet & not going to recieve your power seller packing as well......so just have faith in god....may be these sleeping people of ebay wake up soon to help us all
