Amount got deducted twice...!!

Hello.

I hope someone is able to offer me some help here.
Today i tried to buy a wrist watch from ebay.

I chotse to pay by debit card[ICICI]. The amount of the product was Rs.999/- which has been deducted from my account twice for the same product . But the confirmation mail that i got from ebay says the quantity = 1 (I wanted only one)

I wonder where is my money which has been deducted and how do i get a refund back.

Kindly help me..!!!
