Amount deducted from cc account but transaction was not complete

Myself saju Pk a regular customer of E bay. On 4th September i encountered with a problem when i was making payment through credit card for buying a thermometer(Dr.Morphen Digital Thermometer)costing Rs 130 after using the gift coupon, from the seller sansurgicals .After the required process, it automatically returned to Ebay page. It showed the message that "your Paisa pay on line transaction cannot be completed.Please select a different payment type". Accordingly i used another mode of payment which was successful. And when I checked my credit card account i found that the said amount was charged to my credit card account for the failed transaction. As per your policy the money for the failed transaction will be credited back to the card account. But when i am going to back the money?

same problem for me today i buy a "sony xperia sola hard rubberized back carry case cover pouch white" the transaction was failed but amount was debited from my account.. i have a conformation mail from bank.. what have i do
