Today on 23-10-2012, I have just tried to buy ....iBall 10/100M PCI Ethernet Adapter / LAN Card with Bill.... Rs. 269.00 + 50.00 (Shipping) = Rs. 319.00. The Seller is tccindia, Dehradun. But I was very surprised that after Online Bank Transfer Payment through Paisa Pay, when my Axis Bank Account was debited for Rs. 319.00 and Bank's site showed that Payment was successful, I got the message that ....Your PaisaPay online bank transfer cannot be completed. Please select a different payment type.... on returning to eBay site. What is this ?? My Account has alraedy been debited and I am getting this error message. Please look into the matter and do the needful. What will happen ?? Will I get Refund or the Item that I tried to purchase. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
