Action on DTDC Courier Services

Last 2 times the products bought through ebay was delivered through DTDC. They left it at the gate without even ringing the bell or taking signatures. What if someone had taken the package its a loss to me? It causes security concerns as well. I am not sure whether doing high value transactions i can trust ebay who know whether my products will be on the road this time? What action is ebay going to take?

ebay is not dtdc.
u should contact ur seller to not to use dtdc for you for the next time.

I had problems with D.T.D.C. couriers too.They could not find the address of the consignor,they contacted me and I told them to return my shipment,but they refused and ended up delivering it to a wrong person deriving the same name.The buyer asked me for refund.But yes ebay helped me solve the problem.
