I was sending mails to inappeals@ebay.in and agshenoy@ebay.com several for removal of account restriction . I have removed all my negative or neutral feedback's from my account and called trust and safety dept several times. Every time they say your account is ok now. They must remove this restriction now but this now nevers comes to me.
I have removed feedback which are more than 6 months old on my account by paying or giving money of gifts and wasted so much time for not doing business.
This is really disgusting to do business with ebay as nobody is supporting the seller who has paid and given so much time for removing feedbacks. I accept if somebody tell me this is what you need to do to activate it.
Every time, I am getting big stories saying we can't reactivate my account.
I have request Mr. Anil also but he never picks the phone then there is no use to give his number on ebay. I have tried not less than 100times fot his no.
I am really looking for positive reply from ebay as you have wasted so much time and money for removing the feedback which is no use for me.
