Suppose, before committing to buy an item, a prospective buyer asks some questions to clarify certain points through "Ask a question". Is what a seller says in reply binding on him?
IOW, if what the seller says in reply turns out to be untrue or he does not comply with an agreement made through "Ask a question", does the buyer have grounds for filing a complaint?
