I wish to inform all my friends on ebay who had a bad experience with Symphony Jewels. I bought a diamond set from Mr. Shah (Item No. 5032894236) I had my problems wit Mr. Shah contacting him and tried to contact Ebay to help me sort out the problem, but Ebay gave a deaf ear to my complaints and did not even bother to reply my emails let alone sort out the problem of a member.
It turned out that Mr. Shah of Symphony Jewels is a through gentleman who honered his sale and send me the set in Saudi Arabia, although I was unable to contact him for a long perod of time.
The set which Mr. Shah has sent me is very beautiful, in fact it is much more beautiful than the picture shown in Ebay.
Shame on you Ebay the way you treat your clients and thank you Mr. Shah for the beautiful set.

Thanx for your stand on behalf of Sellers like Symphony Jewels(Mr. Nainesh Shah), at present he is suspended by eBay. I'm also a pure Buyer on this platform eBay & a regular customer of Mr. Nainesh Shah.
From your rating, i know you're New on this site eBay.Im staying in Mumbai where Mr. Nainesh Shah stays than to also i get my winning product/s from him after 20-25 days,WHY!!!!Usually they start making the product(if not ready)when they receive the confirmation email from the winner,& sometime the winner's ask for little changes like size of the ring or change in colour of metal,etc.So to satisfy the Buyer they do little changes here & there, this takes time.But the new Buyer gets panicky & starts sending mails OR give -ve rating to seller which cannot be Edited,& this way -ve points accumulated from new buyers & this seller are suspended. If they don't give proper service than to also they are blame for it.
Atleast you got the courage to come on this board & say what is the fact regarding seller.
For eBay India is new, not even a year old. But the eBay team are trying their level best by conducting lots of workshops throughout India to solve the Major problems of both Seller & Buyer. ANZAM will be good if we both Seller & Buyer stand together & help eBay India team. I think your problem was a Major one.
EBay as to look in to this matter seriously for not responding to the queries of the Buyer/s.There should be a Human touch with both Buyers & Sellers.

Dear milas_in1, Thank you for you explanation. The trouble starts when the seller refuses to pick up the phone or does not reply the email. Communication is very important between seller and buyers, and when there is a break in comminications it results in negative feed back or opening up of a dispute.
Obviously the buyer does not know what is going on, unless the seller explains it to him...right.
I am sure that most buyers would not mind waiting if the seller explains them, properly and responds to their phone calls and emails.
I have bought a few items from Mr. Shah, and all of them are top quality.
Please go through what I have written about Mani Jewels.

100% i agree with you. In business,(Online or Offline) communication is very important. Without communication nobody can make an empire. Yes, Some Seller do reply our emails after 48 hrs.

Some sellers are doing this online business from remote villages in India,where electricity is the major problem & some seller don't have PC so they use Cybercafe.But what about other sellers? who don't have any problem!! LAZY/CARELESS.

If there is communication Gap between both the parties, than there is only tension. Than we start thinking, why in the 1st place i went online shopping(When same thing is available in Batha or Dhirah market in Riyadh).If proper communication is there than yes, buyer's can wait & will not get Panicky.

At present I'm also having the same problem, No reply of my mail from Seller Sonicindia. 20 days over, now I'll wait 10 more days than I'll go for buyer protection in Dispute Console & let me tell you this thing works.

Sure I'll go through what you have written about Mani Jewels.

I sent Mr. Shah a Commerce Bank money order and a prepaid UPS envelope for a diamond necklace in August. He verified that he was in receipt of the money but never sent the necklace. I have E-Mailed him several times and he never answers.

My husband is angry with me and thinks I was stupid for trusting him. I dont think he will ever forgive me.

My experience with Mr. Shah has been a nighmare!

Lucky for u Dr Shamim. I still have outstanding transaction that haven't sort out w/ Naenish Shah for how long now (hate to think)But i have to keep positive. If u are reading this Mr Shah (you know me from Australia-Bardotjan05)pls email me so that we can close off the transaction. You can refund my money or u can still send the items I am open to anything at all.

Hope Mr. Shah will take some measure now to expedite the delivery. Its a pity to see that even the foreigners are suffering. Hope they will not have any adverse feelings on India.
Presently he is not registered with ebay. If he revives his registration then he must atleast put some realistic delivery schedule which he can maintain.
Considering the present situation of de-registration of the seller, I think members can consider to file for refund from ebay, if the seller has grossly delayed & is not replying to the emails. Best Regards ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi,I am a new seller.If you go through the feedbacks left to me by buyers,there is the user babyvalloor who left +ve'good' even before he received replacement for the lost item. And the user signed the POD also. We only had a few talks over phone, but we liked each other. Afterwards he received the item again and confirmed over phone. We the sellers and buyers should protect each others interest. .Truly,,Amitava
