This is my i guess third or fourth mail to you people for the same issues and i am quite embarassed ,humliated and untrustworthy of ebay website .
I selected an gift item has keyboard and mouse wireless ..as the 26th january free gifts after collecting all the points or some offer was thr at that time .
Till today i havent got the same ..not even the item and not even proper reply from you people .
I am just trying my way to contact you ..since i have trust on ebay ..hope the same from you people will be delievered to me .
