its not a reliable courier service. Surprisingly, it takes more than a week for delivery and also online tracking is also very poor. It is requested to EBAY sellers, not to send items through this courier

I agree with jvaid. I too have had bad experience with Aramex. But ofcourese in my location, Mangalore, it is not Arames direct, but a franchisee.But the responsibility and reputation belongs to Aramex. I have found Professional, DTDC and even Flyking doing a better job than Aramex. Another courier Pafex is a very unreliable experience for me. Their website too does not open!!!!!

@linusstudios: I. do not dispute that you have been having good experience with Aramex - may be many customers track their shipments and walk up to the local delivery branch and collect deliveries. But again, it is Aramex direct deliveries may be good, but their franchisees may be causing disturbing situations and I am one for example from Mangalore.
