I received a shoe whoes left side does not macth right side in short is defective piece which as per ebay guarentee is claimable but ebay customer support is not entertaining that and present ebay in very bad lihgt.
first the item dis ot recched on time and i recieved message 'today is last day for raising claim is you have not received the product' i did the same. but after few days i received defecftive piece. having consumed claim with delay they are not entertaining with my more serous claim..
