3rd grade product from a 3rd grade seller

after opening a case with your site related to a cell phone.the only help i got is that i get alert messages when the seller.responds.how my rights are safe with you?the product doesnt work and now i have to forget the money i paid and i feel its my fault i bought it.

do not worry , it might take some days but you will get your refund back. seller has 5 days to respond if he/she doesn't you will get your money credited in to your account.

Trust Ebay. it's the only site that give buyer protection which none other sites dare to provide.
