we here for genxtrenz.com after 2 month of sending details about our wrong bill which is genrated is solved on 29 sep we got a mail that ur "I'm glad to inform you that as a
special one-time courtesy, the credit you requested has been approved " but that total credit is never show up in our a/c so we keep sending mail and also get a reply after 1 week and so every new customer care person ask same answer "we ff your request and I regret for the inconvenience caused." today we also received a mail that now it is posted but still bill is showing of 5984.01/- insted which is approved 2322/- now we totaly fed up by customer care...there is no phone number mention where we can talk...live chat customer care keep ignore any request...it does not look like ebay customer care it is more worse than baazee customer care
