I have sent a product back to seller on ebay customer executive advice and sent delivery proofs to insellerverification@ebay.com but still my refund is not processed. I want the refund ASAP look in to the matter

I have purchased a sofaset for ₹55000 (paisa pay ID 46766829275) from ebay on 19th february 2018. I was intimated the delivery between march 26 and 31st 2018. But not happened so and on 31st i received an email from the seller saying goods despatched and delivered to me by 8-9th april 2018. But shockingly before 8th april ebay sent me an email saying my item has been treated as delivered to me. I contacted ebay immediately and registered a complaint--ID3547518.
Ebay responded satisfactorily. And seller promised me a replacement of same midel through an express delivery mode that takes 8-9days from 23.04.2018. I agreed it on the condition of delivering me the same model item within a miximum of ten days from 23.04.2018. I have emailed them very clearly that if they feel they cannot meet with my condition in any way cancel my order and refund my money.
Unfortunately no reply has been received from them so far.
Now i have seen lots of complaints on delivery , condition of item purchased and refund on online against ebay.
What will i do.
Does ebay a trustworthy market. I am afraid.
I have purchased lot of items throug amazon and never faced any problems. This is my first order with ebay and totally messed up.
Someone please help me. The amount i paid is really a huge amount for me and i cannot think about getting cheated.
