Does ebay has any responsibility? Does ebay know what is the meaning of trust , reliability? Why they harassing the customers? I applied for free gift on 24/5/2011.But I have not received it yet. I have called so many times but baquas representetives didn’t give right information about free gift against Paisa pay id - 28951482300.
I have received one email on 20-5-2011 from eBay. It gave one offer that if I would purchase any item from eBay of amount more than 15000/- I will get one micromaxq2+ mobile as a free gift. So I have purchased 1 Samsung net book,1 USB Mouse, 1 speaker, and one net book sleeve from seller of amount 15472/- from eBay on 24/5/2011. With this I also apply for micromax q2+ mobile by giving coupon code which was through email. But I have not received this mobile yet.
When I asked about this gift eBay representative assure me that gift will be dispatched within 45 days after purchase. I asked once again after 45 days then they told that gift will be dispatched within 60 days after purchase.101 DAYS OVER TODAY. But till now I have not received it.
If any body having this problem please contact consumer court.
