Auto parts not visible from India

Over the past few months, I am no longer able to see auto part listings on ebay.co.uk, ebay.de etc.  I want to be able to see all listings, not just ones that offer shipping to india as sometimes a seller will add india if not offered.  But now, I cannot see any listing at all unless I use VPN to tunnel elsewhere.  Why?

Now, even with VPN, Auto parts category shows no items for any site.  What's going on?

Please note that inorder to items for any specific category on eBay.com, you can either:

• Search them via advanced search with the "Ship To" location i.e. India
• Or you can search the products by changing the "Ship To" location to any zip code of USA
