Received defective product

I had purchase asus Eeebook from eBay on 10 Oct 2015 and delivered me on 14 Oct 2015 .My paisa pay I'd is 40698223251,claim I'd is 1334767.Now my problem is from the first week its starting problem of display and driver updates issue,than I contacted eBay regarded this issue and they advice me to contact the seller, than I contacing you regarding this issue i already contacted asus service support on 23/10/15 than service support align service engineer for this and after checked the product engineer diagnosed that mother board of Asus Eee book is defective and it should be replace with new one,so as per online policy if product was found defective within one month company replace the product with new one.my first complaint lodged in asus service support on 23/10/15 .when I request to replace my product eBay and seller clearly refused to replace.
