I want to raise a refund claim, however the ebay site does not work properly to raise the same. Evey time i try to search the paypaisa id it says no results found. Even the default search of last 15 or 30 or 45 days of search does not return anything to proceed to step 2. I have tried IE and chrome browsers on Win 7 machine.
