y ebay remove this features from the site

hi all
we usually purchase on baazee but move with new id on ebay..we saw site is complicated but anyway good..we also see some of the most popular section is removed...main is hot item...we are not able to view what is hot is selling on ebay...on auction or on fixed item...it is really hard to search for good product...let take a example..10 search the ebay for good item and 3 like same item they all purchase it...now if you move that into a hot section this will help rest buyer to stop wasting time on searching a good item...if you know marketing than simple thing in e-bussiness...buyer did not have that much of time to search if he have he will visit the shop not going to wait for product to arive at his doorstep...and we also see usually in baazee we got the response from the baazee team but it seems in ebay no one bother to reply any comments...out of 15 on one...see only 1% response...customer care is backbone of the company..if you do not have better customer care you will crack down like hell...
