sir, i want to know that after winning an item , this is compulsory to buy that item or not compulsory because i do not want to buy that product.

You have comitted to buy the item, now you should pay for it. If for some reason you think that you should have not purchased that item then contact the seller and request for the same. May be he will agree to Mutually Withdraw the transaction and cancel your order.
