when Ebay stops deluding people?

I have purchased so many things from ebay & had good impression till my last purchase.
When it came to service/support after sales, it revealed real face of people.
I got defective piece of magic **bleep** mixy (Paisa Pay ID 36456456619). I filed claim for replacement of product.They told

me to reshift the product to supplier at my own expense & afterwards they will give me e-bay coupen of that amount. But why

i should make additional expenses.Is it my fault that i got defective product.And as i was needy, i approached courier

services (bluedart/dtdc) and asked about courier charges, it was near about half of my product cost(2700) i.e. 1100 Rs.
And afterwards the customer care people also start avoiding and disconnecting live phone calls in between.And as some days

have been passed they done automatic closure of claim saying that you didnt respond according to procedure (submit couirier

expenses & all worthless activities) & we have time limitation for claim.
So these are online profit making agents inbetween you and shops, least bothered about quality of product,

customer/customer satisfaction. So plz take care while purchasing high value/heavy item on ebay.You may not afford to

reshift it at your own expenses, ending up with bad deal.
