very very bad experience on purchasing with ebay

they have provided broken item. no follow up nothing..... no use of raise claim.... useless

i have told my friends not to buy from ebay because of such bad experience.....

I am completely agree with you. The EBAY itself takes no real interest to settle the matter. I was also feeling cheated for one windows software  , which can be purchased from the grey market in just Rs 50. I was told that his is the license copy , when I called up the seller. now , when I discovered , this is not legitmate , they refused to pay me back.
