ebay 30% seller sales fraud items ........

ok here we go i m seller too in ebay i sale hosting sevices in ebay ...when in sep. i purchased 4 master reseller because one of my server is full that have 927 clients hosted on it and i got 4 master reseller order from my website...so i have to purchase it from some where or i have to purchase a new server so i decide to get master reseller from ebay because the seller doomya seling it only 29.95$ so i decide to purchase it from ebay and and purchase server on 15th middle of sep.. first i purchase a master reseller fo my self to test all fetures it's allright as i tested so i purchased 3 more for my clients and forward them the info..

suddenly the strike came 4 days ago when all 4 master reseller gone down and all sites are hosted on them are also down from 4 days i mailed seller 55 times but get nothing response yet till today..

i contcat the eay team and they said that u have to submit the contact information request for providing the seller contact info idid but got nothing yet from ebay..

i ask ebay team to contact memebr and also do some strict action against him but u know what they say they say u hae to contact paypal for refund and dispute because u used paypal for transaction (i wondering that the item lited on ebay and paypal is working only payment gateway then why they said like that )but its true ebay favors more seller side rather then purchaser tooo much fraud goes in ebay even the seller got 170 feedback but the product and ebay both sucks i want some favors with al members guys pls post ur response i m also decide to complaint world web wide and all other places for situation like that pls give me some comment so i can do it

Dear , i dont agree with u. do not try to make ebay bad as u dont transact in goods, they are right contact paypal for any claim or complaint

hello, you are right , both ebay and paypal protect fraudulent sellers and do next to nothing to protect the buyers. we have been ripped off here and they continue to let JIREALESATES trade whilst doing nothing for us. they are a disgrace, i would like to place this on the web to show what they are doing but dont know how, the ebay team are not interested in dealing with complaints, they dont even let you know if they do anything, and its our complaint!!

customer message: Additional Information: I do have a complain on paypal about a store named autotuning Carparts-Online from ebay and paypal decided that I am elegible for a full refund once my report about buying something and receiving another does make sense. Paypal said YEAH YOU ARE RIGHT ON YOUR COMPLAIN. Congratulations to paypalยดs avaliation process. It was quick and accurate but worthless as I expected since the begining, a trully lie. Unfortunatelly this "protection program" is in this case "protecting" the criminal and not the victm because it does have a tricky mechanism that prevents against any seller penalties once that just only the victm have to pay for the sellers mistake. Please! Does it make any sense ? I had importing expenses about ###EUR that will not be refunded, and to receive my rights I will have to pay more ###EUR on shipping to send the product in perfect conditions to the seller? Paypay is saying that for receive ###EUR refund I will have to expense
more ###EUR on shipping (more than the refund value) ? It only can be a joke!
