threatening email from esee-shopping on fake ipod

first of all the seller esee-shopping has sold me a fake ipod which is not
original. Item number: 320017104441 it is a replica of the original ipod



when i gave him negative feedback to esee-shopping he sent me a mail which is
very thratening and chalenges me to court. can i go to court and take ebay and
apple on my side as it is duplicate ipod.

Its your fault and even if you take the issue to the court you will loose .the seller has clearly mentioned that it is not an orginal ipod .when buying a product please remember to read the discription.

there is no point in rating him negavtive as he has clearly mentioned its not orginal apple product .

hmm its like you go a shop which only sells roten apples and you buys it and says it roten there is no point in it .

THe seller might be sellign replica or copies of ipod which is certainly not legal. He has also mentioned the word Ipod in the listing when its not original. BUt stillt he buyers complaint is baseless as it was clarified in the title that its not original Apple.

its totaly your fault , as u can clearly see on title that is not original one, so how can u leave negative on duplicate ground.

buyer like u always gives trouble to seller by giving wronge feedback , feedback system is not for fun or revenge, it shows the sellers reputation & commitment towards sale & service.

we are with seller in these issue .

i hope every buyer can read these post & comment on it.
