this is in reference to the claim ID 638621. the mobile was not working and was sent back to the seller within 1 week. i was waiting for a replacement. but the seller had not responded for about 15 days nearly. after some conversations Ebay guarantee has refunded the money. thank you and looking forward to shop with Ebay.
