shipment details invalid from seller

Hi ,
I got shipment details 3 days back from a seller , When i checked with the courier ,(First Flight) They don have any information for that consignment number apparently. I tried contacting the seller three days already can any one help me with this ?

Thanks to the seller , He contacted me and the issue got rectififed and I have recieved the item
