I will suggest, you immediately contact your seller and let him know the issue. In case your seller is not able to help you / not willing to help you, please file a
Item Not received dispute with eBay.
Further, close the dispute and escalate the calim for
Buyer Protection claim. All your purchase on eBay are protected upto 10,000. In case you paid using PaisaPay, your purchase is protected upto 50,000.
