You have two options for you to get your money back:
1. Ask PaisaPay to refund your money. To do that, please do the following

Contact Us (Left colum of every help page)
Click on PaisaPay >>> Continue >>> Buying with PaisaPay >>> I need a refund.
2. File for an
Item Not received dispute
[My eBay >>> Dispute Console (left side bar)>>> open a dispute]. Then close the dispute and escalate the calim for
Buyer Protection claim.
