i have purchased a item from ebay seller and transaction is in COD.
normally all seller who having big score of feedback are shipping the item in 48 hours.
and as i also need the item urgently i tried to call the seller to know when he is going to ship my ordered product but he is not receiving my call 2 days.
then i called ebay customer contact number they are explaing me whole system i told him that i know the system and latest date of shipment but can you help me why seller is not receiving my call?
i shocked customer care represetative told me that sorry i can not help you.
what is this? can they not able to call the seller ?
