According to your description, it looks like the seller is indulging in two major policy violations:
1. Selling fake products under Brand Names that do not belong to him(

2. Requesting feedback in exchange of a free gift (
Customer Support Helpdesk for further investigation and appropriate action.
Also, In case you are not able to receive the refund, you may like to claim for Buyer Protection. The steps towards the same are:
-Open a Dispute (Item Not Received / Item significantly not as described)
-Close the dispute and escalate the claim for
