repeation of the same item

dear all,
we would love to see all items in a perticular category once or twice.but it goes on repeating again again.so it becomes difficult and consumes a lot of time to see all pages.instead of skipping pages,it is advisable to keep the same item once.

selling a same product. Like for example 20 sellers are selling one particular
cell phone. So it will obviously repeat.
