i am having a account in citibank, hyd branch... how can i set up a paisa pay account in ebay.. please let me know

While registering for PaisaPay the bank does not really matters. You can complete registration with a bank account in any bank, however if you want to use PaisaPay for making payments through Online Bank Transfer then there are certain banks that you can use. They are as mentioned below:

ICICI
Citibank
HDFC
UTI
IDBI
