refund for item no.300118509963

I had purchased the above item and paid using PaisaPay (PaisaPay ID 19724083129). However, the seller niether sent the item nor refunded the money. Therefore, I started a dispute in this matter. After I started the dispute, somebody from ebay called me on my mobile and assured that if I do not recieve the item, the whole amount will be returned back to me once I escalate the dispute for claim on 13/7/07.This was done on 16.07.07 and I recieved a message that ebay will contact me within 7 days. However, I am still waiting and would like to know how this process is likely to end and when?
any one with similar experience?

I think ebay should proper verify the seller and than only grant him rights to list their products on ebay.

I paid Rs. 1098/- to seller 'horizonsofts' on 10th July and still waiting for product. PaisaPay ID 19819772242.

Seller is not replying to my emails. I opened a INR dispute against him on 21st but still no reply.

Seller has no live listings now. I think he has rolled his business from ebay and run away.

'horizonsofts' has created new id by name of 'powerssoft' and started cheating innocent buyers.

eBay are you listening....??
