Earlier i used to rcv a mail when i used to bid or outbid but now i dont rcv a mail is this a change or a problem with my id

As per the system, the bidder gets a mail on getting out-bid. If you are not receiving the mails, I will request you to forward the specific trade id to the Customer Help Desk for further investigation.
