order not confirmed but money deducted from my bank of india account

i just brought a product from ebay.in and made transaction through BOI net banking and the money is deducted from the BOI bank account but ebay is showing no confirmation and that product is still Not showing in Track my Order
i m worried about my money .

Hie even i faced the same problem i ordered iphone 4s 32gb phone and cleared the payment through internet banking i have clear proofs of the transactions but purchase history is showing empty nor i got any confirmation regarding this product m very worried and disappointed
