i am so pissed off with ebay that can tell.bought an digital camera for my little brother on his birthday.i mad the whole payment through bank transfer but never reieved the product ,its been 13 days now.contacted the seller and he says he has not recieved the money.i paid 12660 and dnt know what to do.contacted customer care but nonone is responding.the seller is responding but says he has not got the payment himself.help me please

What was the payment mode. Open a dispute.

If it was a cheque payment contact oyur bank and verify.

Incase it was Paisa Pay mail paisa pay for a refund.

If no response is received esclate the claim to ebay.

Hello,

It is recommended to see the feedback rating of the seller before buying for such amount. Still open a dipute with ebay and you can expect ebay to do something which they will definetly do.

Meanwhile check with your banker if there is any mistake in transfer. May be the seller genuinely have not received the payment.

Still we strongly recommend to see the feedback rating of the seller, small purchases is not a problem but while buying a costly item take all precautions. Contact the seller before actually buying.

yes i have checked with the bank also and they say hey have made the payment to ebay+i have checked this on website myself.contacted the seller he says not recieved payment from paisapay and paisapay is not responding to me.i dnt who is lying.but u really dnt know what to do.opened dispute also but now the seller has also stopped responding.i checked the reputation of seller it was 98% positive feedback and he was rated very good also+he has sold lots of products here on website.i am very frustrated ,i think i ahve lost 12690.seller name is singapore mall.

Hello Sir,

There was a problem going on with paisapay with some online bank transfers a few days back. Even I had not recvd a few of my customers payment. But now the matter has been resolved. So kindly call ebay paisapay customer care and ask about your transaction if it alls under those same problematic transaction and they will definitely help you. Dont worry your money wont go anywhere if the payment has been really made.

If I have not received any items within the stipulated time ,how do I claim in my PaisaPay to get my money refund? In My paisaPay.
In the “Action required” tab there is only one box mentioning “I have received the item”. If I want to mention that I have not received the item how I have to proceed? Please let me know.

My Complaint is even more complicated than yours......

This is a Issue where I have Purchased the Item No. 130384213082. I have never received this Item. It was not reviewed by the PaisaPay Customer Support. Ebay has Rejected my Refund without any Investigation.

Docket Details of the Courier (DTDC : P12263889) reflects that Shipment was Dispatched on April 17, 2010 ; Whereas, I have purchased the Item on Sunday April 18, 2010. Just tell me, How it is Possible ?????

And Courier was delivered in Chennai, whereas My Registered Address with Ebay is in Dehradun, since the time of Registration.

I have also escalated the case to trust and safety, but they are not responds to my mails from last more than 1 month.

Friends, eBay has a monopoly for all this Business Model. Please tell me where I will File the FIR against eBay for this Fraud ????? I am from Dehradun...

Now their is No Restriction on My eBay Account. As I have already told you that It was very unfair decision in the favour of Seller for the PaisaPay ID : 26565929356.

It was not reviewed by the PaisaPay Customer Support. Please have a look at the attached Screenshot. Why the Refund of PaisaPay ID 26565929356 is Rejected. I have not received this Item till now and seller has entered the wrong shipping details.

I think you people have not checked the shipping details entered by the seller. DTDC , Airway Bill No : P12263889

POINT NO. 1 :

I have Purchased the Item on April 18, 2010. Whereas the Courier details reflects that it was Dispatched on April 17, 2010.

It means, seller has shipped the item one day before my Purchase. HOW IT IS POSSIBLE ??????????

POINT NO. 2 :

Courier Tracking Details reflects that This was delivered on April 19, 2010 in Chennai, Whereas My registered Address in E Bay is at Dehradun since the time of Registration.

POINT NO. 3 :

It was Sunday on April 18, 2010. How it is possible that It was delivered to me on same day in chennai, as it was dispatched from Pune. I have purchased the same on Sunday, April 18, 2010 at after 20:00 hrs.

POINT NO. 4:

Please have a look at the Attachments where screen shot of the mail from seller is attached, where she accept that she has entered the wrong shipping details and she is then unable to delete the wrong details, as We both do not want to complete this Transaction.

Humbly Request to you please Investigate these Urgent Points and Hold the Refund on Urgent Basis.

And please take the decision only after the Investigation on above mentioned Points.
