My terrible experience with ebay, bought a Provogue Black and Red Tracksuit, Estimated delivery date:by Thu, 28-Aug. I never received it. Made an "eBay Guarantee* claim. But thereafter my torment started. Called customer care several times. They promised refund. Nothing happened. โข Then I chatted with customer care. They also assured refund. Refund within 48 hours. No refund came. Here, I am more than two months after my online purchase: no response and no resolution of my claim. I have been defrauded and cheated of my precious money by ebay. I warn others, please donโt buy on ebay.
