for the claim i applied,, they told me to take the used phone item to a mobile store for inspection and letterhead copy from the mobile store mentioning the basic pricing of used item .
my question is i went to 4 mobile shops ., nobody giving a letter head copy check. everybody is refusing to give an inspection check for an used item, mobile phone. who will give this check for an used item,, since the item buy one ebay.. not from the mobile store at our place??
can any body help on this..?
