how can i buy a pc speaker from delhibazar?

respected sir, i have bought a pc speaker from delhi bazar but i can not recieve that this time from delhi bazar.
i e-mail him to send me my speaker set by corier i will pay at home delevery. but he not send me why???????
how can i recieve it.
i am a handicapped person. so please help me. i shall be thank ful to you.

Hi ajit_28,

I went through the item, and the seller does not offer cash on delivery. I guess this is the reason he is not able to send the product to you.

In case you are not willing to send the payment in advance, I guess you should request the seller to cancel the deal since you both have different terms to conduct business.
