I paid for an item (V3i: 14100/-) through cheque. Item has not been recvd and the seller is not responding, infact ebay is showing that the seller is no longer listed with ebay! suggest steps, would you?

Step 1: Complete the Item Not Received or Significantly Not as Described Dispute Process
Step 2: Fill out and submit the online Standard Purchase Protection Program claim form
Step 3: Submit proof of payment
Step 4: Submit Letter of Authenticity (if applicable)

Hi Atul ... If You Have Paid An Outstation Cheque ... the Best Option would Be To Stop The Payment as I suppose Your Purchases May Be Covered Only Uptill 10000.00 .. .. So explore the optipn of getting the payment stopped ..
