dear all ebay members recently i have claimed for a refund for item received but not significant as described . the ebay is asking for a proof of payment and an letter of authenticity or letter of appraisal, just see the following few lines in ebay "•Because your claim is for an item that is Significantly Not as Described, you'll need a Letter of Authenticity or Appraisal based on an independent authenticator's physical inspection. This letter must be on the authenticator's company letterhead and must include the authenticator's contact information (name and telephone number)". so where i have to get this letter or what is the procedure for getting the authenticity letter. please guide me in this issue.

It would be better if you tell what the item was.
