ebay policies and shipping terms

Hello Mr.Bajaj

First of all, i would like to inform you that inspite of my repeated emails, i am receiving every day reminder from you to update my account. At one stage they say somebody is misusing my email id and when i wanted to change my id, it was not allowing me.

Secondly, the purchase has become very difficult and shipping charges are too high.

In case there is any misuse of my email id , please let me know so that i can change the same.

Issue of shipping charges has been debated a lot on bazee, but without any resolution. I suggest that every seller lists the packet dimensions as well as weight. Ebay should have standardized shipping charges based on reputed couriers like DHL, DTDC, Skypak etc and this should be governed by the standard rates rather than left on the seller. While listing, seller should select the packet category and the shipping charges shd be system determined. I think this is simple and unbiased and hope ebay takes action accordingly.
