ebay is promoting corruption ?

When a seller is receiving the money and also taking govt.tax,why not providing the bill/receipt of the same.Is he not paying the tax to the govt.? than y charging the same? Is there any problem in sending proper receipt/bill of the transaction.........Dont you think ebay is promoting corruption by not asking the sellers to provide bill.As far as they are not charging the tax its fine but once they are charging tax they should give it in hard copy.

100% agree.
Some sellers dont have even VAT no. and still charge taxes as additional margins.
Probably ebay shud ask the sellers( who charge tax) to provide them with their VAT details.
