ebay is a helpless giant not able to protect customer

My experiance with ebay india is not good. So far the transaction goes smoothly then no problem. But if there is a problem with supplied item your trouble starts with no help from ebay india in any respect. You are on your own for protecting your right. It becomes a horrible task to sue a seller who could be anywhere in India (maybe abroad)and you can not afford to spend much to bring the troublemaker seller to justice. So I advice all to restrict your purchase through ebay india to very small cost items so that you are in no trouble if something goes wrong.

You have not mentioned any details of whom you have traded with as a seller. Any powerseller on ebay will surely honor his commitment. Pls provide more details without which your claim of ebay not been a safe place is baseless.

Also there is other side to the coin. If you pay peanuts you get peanuts so depends what you have brought with whom. Buyers want low price deals and they shop happily on ebay the feedback system is the proof. Ebay doesnt allow more than 2 errors per 100 transactions.

Always buy from reputed sellers. We also get complaints but we make sure that the buyer resolution is met promptly and overall experience is great for buyers on Ebay.
